Earthworm & Pumpkin Dissection

The dissection class was held on March 1, 2024. Students aged 8+ paired up to dissect earthworms. Students aged 7 & under dissected pumpkins. 

EARTHWORM DISSECTION

PUMPKIN DISSECTION

To dissect the pumpkins, the younger students began class by reading a pumpkin related book from our library. Following the book, they began their dissecting process, as well as learning the parts of the pumpkin and planting a seed to take home!
